The program launches each November at The Plank Summit and Milestones in Mentoring Gala in Chicago, an inspiring event that sets the tone for the year ahead.

– Monthly Learning Modules –

Throughout the program, students engage in eight dynamic online modules, each exploring a key area of leadership. These modules blend personal development with practical skills to equip students for real-world impact.

– Collaborative Learning Circles –

At the end of each module, the cohort comes together in virtual Learning Circles. A space for reflection, discussion and shared insights that deepen the learning experience.

– Personalized Mentorship –

Each student is paired with a seasoned professional for one-on-one mentorship, offering tailored guidance, encouragement and valuable networking throughout the program.

– Program Conclusion –

The program concludes in Chicago at The Plank Summit and Milestones in Mentoring Gala the following year, where participants are celebrated and awarded a certificate of completion and a digital badge to showcase their achievement.
