Based on responses from 1,020 communication professionals working in different types of organizations, the study explores fake news and strategies to deal with fake news, top issues for the profession in the next three years, the role of providing information to support decision making, leaders’ performance, professionals’ job engagement, trust in organization, job satisfaction, work stress, as well as social media skills and management knowledge.

Global Communication Monitor Series

Similar surveys have been initiated in Asia-PacificEurope and Latin America. The Global Communication Monitor series covers more than 80 countries. More than 6,000 practitioners working in communication departments of companies, non-profits, governmental organizations and agencies are surveyed in each wave of the comparative study.

*Mexico is included in the Latin American Communication Monitor.
