Mirka Serrato is currently a senior financial analyst at Weber Shandwick. She supports the financial reporting of Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc., top ten revenue-generating clients from Consumer-Packaged Goods, Pharmaceuticals and Energy. Mirka

leads process improvement and implementation of financial reporting guidelines across international offices and provides business intelligence support to drive financial accuracy across the network.

Before joining Weber Shandwick, Mirka provided strategic financial consultancy to the founding partners of LATGAS Shipping, Mexico’s leading gas tanker fleet. Her strategic knowledge of financial planning and analysis was instrumental to the development processes that launched the business.

As a champion of diversity and inclusion, Mirka spearheaded the Women Ambassador Forum, a nonprofit organization with the mission to unify a diverse network of female change-makers worldwide to become part of a physical community of ambassadors.

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance with distinction from Southern Methodist University and her Executive Education diploma in Data and Analytics from the University of Chicago Booth.
