Meagan Finucane is a health care communications professional specializing in media relations for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across rare diseases, cardiovascular, dermatology, immunology and vaccines. A 2024 Publicity Club of Chicago 30 Under 30 honoree, she excels in media strategy, thought leadership, regulatory communications and medical meeting execution.

Her career has a particular emphasis on patient advocacy, disease awareness, precision medicine and diagnostics. She has led major Food and Drug Administration approval campaigns, secured top-tier media placements and designed integrated awareness initiatives. Her detail-oriented approach and relationship-building skills have earned strong trust from colleagues and clients.

Meagan actively serves as a professional advisor for DePaul University’s Public Relations Student Society of America chapter, previously co-led Golin’s Reverse Mentorship Program, and served on the Chicago Public Relations Society of America Board as Skylines Awards Co-Chair. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and strategic communication from Purdue University, with minors in Spanish and organizational leadership and supervision.
